01 / AGREEMENT
Agreement & eligibility
The rules that apply when you use YSF Utils.
These Terms of Service govern access to the YSF Utils website, Discord utilities, AUTODHC, custom bot work, custom website work, support channels, and related services. By accessing or using a service, you agree to these Terms and any product-specific terms shown before purchase or delivery.
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and meet the minimum age requirements of the third-party platforms you use with YSF Utils. If you use a service for a server, community, organization, or customer, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
02 / SERVICES
Services & scope
What we provide and how project scope is defined.
YSF Utils provides software and technical services that may include Discord bots, moderation and ticket tooling, Roblox-related fulfillment workflows, integrations, dashboards, websites, and custom development.
Features, integrations, delivery dates, support periods, and other project details may vary by product. For custom work, the confirmed brief or written agreement defines the scope. Requests outside that scope may require additional time, cost, or a separate agreement.
03 / ACCOUNTS
Accounts, access & security
Keep your account and server access under control.
You are responsible for activity performed through accounts, credentials, servers, and systems you control. Do not share private credentials, access tokens, license keys, or administrative links with unauthorized people.
We may require Discord authentication or other verification before exposing account, owner, administration, purchase, or support functionality. Attempts to bypass access controls, impersonate another user, or obtain unauthorized privileges are prohibited.
04 / ACCEPTABLE-USE
Acceptable use
Use the platform without harming people or infrastructure.
You may not use YSF Utils to break applicable law; abuse Discord, Roblox, or other third-party services; distribute malware; conduct credential theft; spam; harass users; evade platform enforcement; interfere with service availability; or access systems or data without permission.
Security testing, automated scanning, scraping, reverse engineering, load generation, or attempts to defeat rate limits are not permitted unless we have given written authorization for the specific activity.
05 / ORDERS
Orders, pricing & payment
How paid products and commissions are handled.
Prices shown on the website are the current public offer for the described product and may change for future orders. Custom bots and websites are quoted according to scope, complexity, integrations, delivery requirements, and support needs.
Payment does not grant ownership of YSF Utils platform code, shared infrastructure, reusable libraries, private tooling, or third-party intellectual property unless a written agreement explicitly says otherwise. Any taxes, platform fees, or external service fees that apply to your purchase may be your responsibility.
06 / REFUNDS
Cancellations & refunds
Digital work can become non-refundable after delivery begins.
Because software configuration and custom development can involve immediate digital work, refund eligibility depends on the product, work already performed, and the circumstances of the request. A payment is not automatically refundable merely because a user changes their mind after work or delivery has started.
If YSF Utils cannot deliver a paid item that was agreed and paid for, contact us so the issue can be reviewed. Any refund or remedy will be assessed using the confirmed scope, delivery status, and applicable consumer law.
07 / THIRD-PARTIES
Third-party platforms
Discord, Roblox, hosting, APIs, and other providers have their own rules.
YSF Utils may depend on Discord, Roblox, hosting providers, databases, CAPTCHA providers, APIs, and other external services. Their outages, policy changes, API limits, account actions, or discontinued features can affect YSF Utils functionality.
You remain responsible for complying with the rules of third-party platforms connected to your use of YSF Utils. We do not control those providers and cannot guarantee that a third-party feature or integration will remain available.
08 / OWNERSHIP
Intellectual property & licenses
Your content stays yours; our platform stays ours.
YSF Utils retains rights in its platform, source code, designs, documentation, brand assets, reusable components, internal tooling, and other materials except where a written agreement grants specific rights to a customer.
You retain rights in content and materials you provide, subject to any third-party rights. You grant YSF Utils the limited permission necessary to host, process, transform, or transmit those materials only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the requested service.
09 / AVAILABILITY
Availability, changes & maintenance
Online systems change and sometimes need downtime.
We aim to operate services reliably, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, abuse prevention, infrastructure incidents, third-party outages, upgrades, and emergency changes may temporarily limit functionality.
We may add, change, replace, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. When a material change affects a paid active deliverable, we will try to provide a practical migration, replacement, or communication path where feasible.
10 / WARRANTY
Disclaimers & liability
Reasonable limits for software and online services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that every feature will meet every use case or remain compatible with every third-party change.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YSF Utils is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from use of the services, including lost profits, lost data, lost business, or third-party platform actions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11 / TERMINATION
Suspension & termination
Access can be restricted when safety or compliance requires it.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe there is abuse, fraud, a security risk, a material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or a legal or platform requirement. Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.
You can stop using YSF Utils at any time. Provisions that logically need to survive termination — including payment obligations, intellectual property rules, disclaimers, and limits of liability — remain effective.
12 / CHANGES
Changes, contact & interpretation
How updates to these Terms are handled.
We may update these Terms as products, laws, or operational practices change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Material updates may also be announced through the website or official community channels.
Questions about these Terms, a purchase, or a custom project can be sent through the Contact page. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
